Repeat Prescriptions - please note as part of our efforts to upgrade and improve, our repeat prescription system has now changed. As of Monday 15th December all current and all new users of the system are required to register and then login using a new ordering system. The links to the new system can be found on the repeat prescription ordering page.

Repeat Prescription Line - in the interests of patient safety and confidentiality, we have found it necessary to discontinue the repeat prescription line with effect from Monday 1 October 2007.

You may request your script through our website; by post or fax; or leave your completed re-order form into the surgery.

This decision was taken after reviewing comments from patients gathered during the annual Patient Satisfaction Survey and as a result of increasing complaints from patients about the service.

There will be a period of adjustment of one month where patients will be accommodated through the main surgery line. After 1 November 2007, we will no longer accept any requests for repeat items via telephone.

Repeat Dispensing Scheme - If you are currently prescribed fewer than 4 repeat items, please enquire at your next appointment about this scheme. We may be able to reduce the number of times you have to order your medication by providing scripts to a nominated pharmacy.

Lunchtime Opening - We have reduced our closing time at lunchtime and will now re-open again at 1.30pm each working day.Previously, we answered the telephone to emergency calls only over the lunchtime period. We will now deal with all your queries, even when we are closed for the lunchtime break.
