Advanced Booking. Appointments may be booked with a specific GP of choice up to 4 weeks in advance. During holiday times, or in the event of illness, availability of a particular Doctor may be affected. Appointments may be booked with a Nurse or Phlebotomist up to 2 weeks in advance.

IMPROVED ACCESS

In line with Government policy, we are improving access for patients by:

•  Providing the opportunity of a consultation with a GP or Nurse within 1 - 2 working days, dependent on your medical needs.

•  Providing the opportunity to book appointments more than 24 hours in advance.

•  Providing improved telephone access.

•  Providing the opportunity to be seen by a GP of your choice.
