Information on support is available and Carers' Assessments can be arranged through the surgery. Please contact the Practice Manager for more details.

Do you have a Carer or are you a care giver? Belfast Carers Centre is supporting GP surgeries in the area by running Carers' Clinics and Support Meetings every Wednesday morning. Please contact the Practice Manager to discuss the support available including referral for assessment for a Carer's Allowance.
