Prescription Ordering.
We encourage our patients to order online if possible, either by registering for our online booking system or by emailing prescription.Z00015@gp.hscni.net. Please allow 72 hours for your request to be processed excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you have placed an Prescription order with the Surgery and you have not received your prescription, please always check with your nominated pharmacy first.
In addition to ordering repeats online, you may place your order:
- By post
- By leaving it in the Black Post Box in the lobby
Please use the Repeat Prescription Request Form on the right hand side of your last prescription.
We can then prepare your prescription for collection at your nominated pharmacy after 72 hours.
Urgent prescriptions, eg. as requested in a hospital letter, are available on request from Reception after 24 hours.
Please allow extra time if you have been issued a new medication at the hospital. It takes time for us to receive the hospital letter. The hospital should have issued you with adequate supply of medication to allow for this.
