Repeat Prescriptions

pillsThere is now a new system for ordering repeat prescriptions. All existing and new users will be required to register for this service using the links below.

Prescriptions can be ordered online.

If you have already registered for this service click here to login.

If you wish to register for online prescription ordering click here.

We operate a 48 hour repeat prescription collection protocol.

Details of your medications are held on our computer system. Your medication will be reviewed and you will be required to attend at intervals for tests/check-ups.

In addition to ordering repeats online, you may place your order:

  • By post
  • By fax - 9065 3071
  • By leaving it in the post box in the lobby

Please use the Repeat Prescription Request Form on the right hand side of your last prescription. We can then post out your prescription, pass it on to a nominated chemist on your behalf, or hold on to it in the surgery until it is collected.

Also, to avoid excessive ordering of prescriptions, we can issue a balancing script so that all items fall due for re-ordering at the same time.

Urgent prescriptions, eg. as requested in a hospital letter, are available on request from Reception within 24 hours.
